We Are Hiring: Investment Banking Analysts

Northborne is seeking Analysts to join our team. The Analyst position at Northborne provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment where your contribution is important and valued from the start. Analysts play a critical role on our deal teams and are involved in transactions from initial pitch through closing.

Analyst Responsibilities

• Supporting preparation of pitch and marketing materials

• Preparing company valuations and financial models

• Conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence

• Identifying potential strategic and financial (e.g., private equity) acquirers for our clients

• Supporting the due diligence process of buyers, including managing online data rooms

• Interacting on a regular basis with clients, including attending client meetings

Qualifications

The Analyst position at Northborne offers an excellent learning experience and provides a solid foundation upon which an individual can build a future business career. Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and with impeccable attention to detail

• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Prior investment banking or transaction services experience is favored, but not required for the right candidate
