Ryan Kromminga is a Vice President at Northborne Partners. He has over a decade of finance, strategy, and M&A experience. Prior to joining Northborne, Ryan was a Director of Finance at UnitedHealth Group where he spent seven years advising executives on strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple divisions. Earlier in his career, Ryan was an Associate at Minneapolis-based Hillcrest Capital Partners, a family office focused on middle market private equity investing. While at Hillcrest, Ryan evaluated investment opportunities in lower middle market businesses spanning a variety of industries and worked closely with management teams of portfolio companies. Ryan received an MBA and BSB, both from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
