Ken is a Senior Advisor at Northborne Partners and serves on the firm’s Advisory Board. Prior to his current role, Ken was a Managing Director at Northborne and is also a co-founder of the firm. Ken has over 30 years of M&A and advisory experience spanning M&A investment banking, venture capital and transactional law. Prior to Northborne, Ken led the Middle Market M&A healthcare team at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to BMO’s acquisition of Greene Holcomb Fisher (GHF) in 2016, Ken founded and led the GHF healthcare team. Ken’s diverse advisory experience also includes healthcare-focused venture investing with SightLine Partners / Piper Jaffray Ventures; M&A investment banking at Piper Jaffray; and M&A legal work at Dorsey & Whitney and Kirkland & Ellis. Ken received a JD from Harvard Law School and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was an Academic All-American wide receiver for the Michigan football team.
