Hayden Maxfield joined Northborne in June of 2022 as an Associate. He joined with four years of M&A experience in investment banking and transactions advisory. Prior to Northborne, Hayden was an Associate at Piper Sandler in the Medical Technology investment banking group where he focused on M&A, equity offerings, private placements, and other transactions. Before that, he worked for Ernst & Young in the Business Valuation group. Hayden graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting.
