Cam Wood is a Director at Northborne Partners. Cam has over 10 years of transactional advisory experience, with a primary focus on M&A. Cam joined Northborne following a successful legal career as a partner in the M&A group of Dorsey & Whitney, where he helped a variety of public and private clients navigate the complex legal requirements associated with M&A transactions. Cam’s significant deal experience (75+ transactions) includes both buy-side and sell-side representations across a broad array of industries. Cam began his career practicing corporate law at Cleary Gottlieb in New York. He has a BA from Wheaton College and a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.
