Bill is an accomplished business leader with nearly four decades of experience across B2B services and consumer products. He most recently served as the CEO of Ruff Roofers (backed by Audax Private Equity).

Prior to Ruff Roofers, Bill was the CEO of Smart Care Equipment Solutions, leading the business through two successful private equity exits. He has also served as a board member of three private equity (Audax, Susquehanna) backed companies and held General Manager roles with Ecolab in Europe and the US. Earlier in his career, Bill led marketing for major consumer brands including Kellogg’s, Pillsbury and Heinz.

Bill earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Ripon College.

Fun fact: Bill played competitive Rugby and Ultimate Frisbee in high school and college.
