Jane joined Northborne in 2026 and supports transaction execution across the firm’s middle market client base. Her responsibilities include market research, financial modeling and analysis, supporting due diligence and the preparation of marketing materials.

She joined Northborne full-time after serving as a Summer Analyst Intern in 2025.

Jane earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Fun fact: Jane enjoys painting and drawing in her spare time and had her first (and only) art show when she was seven years old.

Justin joined Northborne in 2026 and supports transaction execution across multiple industries. His responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, market research, due diligence support and the preparation of marketing materials.

Prior to Northborne, Justin was a Summer Analyst at SMBC Group.

Justin earned a degree in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

Fun fact: In his free time, Justin enjoys traveling. Since his first trip to Europe at age 14, he has visited 15 countries and is always looking for his next adventure.

Armaan joined Northborne in 2025 and supports transaction execution across the firm’s middle market client base. His responsibilities include industry research, financial modeling and analysis, coordinating due diligence and preparing pitch decks and marketing materials, among others.

He joined Northborne full-time after serving as a Summer Analyst Intern.

Armaan earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Fun fact: Armaan was a member of the men’s soccer team at the University of San Diego.

Jack joined Northborne in 2025 and supports transaction execution across multiple industries. His responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, industry research, due diligence support and the preparation of marketing materials.

Prior to Northborne, Jack was a Summer Analyst at Piper Sandler.

Jack earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Fun fact: Jack was a member of the Cornell Division I Varsity Men’s Hockey Team, winning an Ivy League title and earning ECAC All-Academic Team honors.

Nick joined Northborne in 2026 and supports transaction execution across the firm’s middle market client base. His responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, market research, due diligence support and the preparation of marketing materials.

Nick earned a B.S. in Economics and Business Management, summa cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Fun fact: Nick is a former Division I college hockey player and NCAA Academic All-American. He played for 3 colleges and started his academic career as a pilot before switching to business. In his free time, Nick loves to golf and spend time on the lake.
