MINNEAPOLIS, MN – July 30, 2026 – Northborne Partners today announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to SWAT Mosquito, LLC (“SWAT Mosquito” or the “Company”) in its sale to Fairway, a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
