MINNEAPOLIS, MN – December 6, 2021 – Northborne Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Premier Allergist, formerly The Allergy & Asthma Center in its sale to AllerVie Health; financial terms were not disclosed.

Premier Allergist is one of the largest single specialty allergy, asthma and clinical immunology practices in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Florida with 32 clinic locations. Premier Allergist was founded by Dr. Prasad M. Nataraj and his wife Radhika who built the practice over the past 26 years through relentless dedication to providing patients with state-of-the-art treatment, testing and diagnosis of allergy, asthma and related immunological disorders.

AllerVie Health is a national network of allergists and immunologists partnering together for the advancement of patient care, serving patients across 10 states in 64 clinic locations. Dr. Nataraj will remain with AllerVie Health and will be serving in a new executive leadership role where his expertise in increasing access to care through allergy clinic growth will help propel the company’s national network expansion. Radhika will also remain with the business to ensure a seamless transition and help AllerVie execute its growth initiatives.
