Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres (a portfolio company of DW Healthcare Partners) has been acquired by BayMark Health Services (a portfolio company of Webster Capital)

Scott has over a decade of M&A transaction experience across the healthcare, infrastructure and food and consumer sectors and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, internal processes and infrastructure to ensure efficient execution across all engagements.

Prior to Northborne, Scott was a member of the Middle Market M&A team at BMO Capital Markets. He began his investment banking career at Greene Holcomb Fisher in 2013, which was later acquired by BMO in 2016.

Scott earned a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Carleton College.

Fun fact: Scott has not paid for a haircut in 15+ years as he cuts his own hair at home.
